CONSULTING

You're left with systems that connect and compliance that opens doors instead of eating your time.

Who it's for:

Businesses with a specific problem that keeps costing them. Operations held together with string, a tech setup that doesn't talk to itself, HR or health and safety gaps that are blocking bigger work.

What actually happens:

We take one real problem and fix it properly. First we work out what's actually going on, then we design the fix, then I help you put it in place. You get a working result, not a report you have to implement on your own.

Proof:

AirVac Trax, a civil contractor, needed to lift its health and safety to win bigger work. We joined up their digital systems with how the team actually operated, and coached the leadership to see the business as a set of connected processes.

They reached a 5-star IMPAC PREQUAL rating (93%) and Tōtika prequalification, which opened the door to major infrastructure contracts they couldn't tender for before

After working with me:

Fewer fires to fight, and doors that were shut are now open.

FRACTIONAL GM

You're left with someone senior running your operations, so the business holds together when you're not in the room.

Who it's for:

Businesses that have outgrown being run out of the founder's head, but aren't ready to carry a full-time General Manager. You need senior operations leadership now, not another year of doing it all yourself.

What actually happens:

I step in part-time as your GM of Operations for a set period. I own the systems, the team and the day-to-day, build the machine so it runs properly, then hand it back working. You get executive-level operations without a permanent executive on the books.

How it works:

A set number of days per month over a fixed term (scope agreed up front). Clear goals, a clear end point, and a business that stands on its own when I step out.

After working with me:

You get your week back, and the business doesn't wobble.

COACHING

You're left with a clearer head and decisions you trust.

Who it's for:

Owners and leaders carrying the business mostly on their own, who want a thinking partner rather than another opinion from the sidelines. If you're making good calls but second-guessing every one of them, this is for you.

What actually happens:

Regular one-to-one sessions where we work on the business and on you as the person running it. We find the real barriers, build the habits that hold, and keep you accountable to what you said mattered. It's grounded in 20+ years of actually running things, not theory from a textbook.

How it works:

We start with a short assessment of where the business and you as its leader actually are, then meet on a regular cadence. You leave each session with the next sensible step, not a pile of homework.

After working with me:

You stop second-guessing. You sleep better.

ADVISORY

You're left with a sounding board for the big calls, so you're not carrying them alone.

Who it's for:

Owners who mostly have it handled, but want senior counsel on tap for the decisions that matter. The hire, the pivot, the big contract, the thing keeping you up at night.

What actually happens:

Lighter-touch, ongoing access to me when you need a second opinion or a steer. We talk when there's something worth talking about. No standing meeting you don't need, no padding the hours.

How it works:

A simple retainer or as-needed arrangement, sized to how often you'll actually use it. You get a trusted outside view that knows your business, without adding a permanent cost.

After working with me:

The big calls stop feeling lonely.

HOW ENGAGEMENTS START

  1. A 15-minute call. We check I'm the right fit before anything else.

  2. A short assessment. We work out where the business actually is, and where the real barriers sit.

  3. The work. We agree the scope, the cadence and what "done" looks like, then get into it.

NOT SURE WHICH FITS?

Most owners aren't sure at first, and that's fine. Start with a 15-minute call and we'll work out which of the four actually fits, or whether it's a mix. No pitch, no pressure.
